INTER CLOSER TO SAN SIRO EXIT

Inter Milan are moving closer to leaving the San Siro which they share with Milan rivals AC Milan.

It is known as one of the most well-known groundshares in the world but it may be coming to an end.

China Railway Construction Corporation has confirmed its subsidiaries are in negotiations over a new stadium for the 18-time Serie A winners. According to China Railway 15th Bureau Group Co, they are in talks with the necessary parties over the development of the venue at San Donato, Milan.

Plans for a new stadium surfaced after the group of Chinese investors became the second largest shareholders by investing in the Serie A club.

The three-time UEFA Champions League holders have called the San Siro home since 1947 and could move out on their 70-year anniversary as an Inter Milan spokesperson stated he expects the stadium to be completed by 2017.
