Blue Square Premier outfit Gateshead have agreed a deal to play seven of their remaining 12 games at Hartlepool United's Victoria Park.
There continues to be problems with the playing surface at the Heed's International Stadium and the groundshare will ease any further fixture congested towards the end of the season.
Gateshead's clash with Wrexham on 19th February will be the first game to be staged at the 7,856 capacity Victoria Park.
Other confirmed games include Braintree Town (2/3), Hereford United (19/3), Grimsby Town (26/3), Southport (30/3), Nuneaton Town (9/4) and Stockport County (16/4).
There will also be further attempts to stage more of the Heed's matches at the Pools' stadium.
Gateshead chairman Graham Wood said: "In what has turned out to be the season from hell, Hartlepool have been very helpful and understanding regarding the predicament we have found ourselves in.
"It's great to have a neighbour so willing to help. It's a tremendous gesture on their part and one that we really appreciate.
"They could not have been more accommodating. Everyone we spoke to at the club wanted to help us as much as they could.
"I have been very impressed with Hartlepool during our negotiations with the club."
