FC United of Manchester's plans to build a new stadium have advanced.
The club, who play in the Evo-Stik Northern Premier League, are expecting to move into their new home, which will be based in Moston, ready for the 2013-14 season.
Planning permission for the new sports complex is now active with the Red Rebels announcing that building work will begin in the autumn.
General manager of FC United, Andy Walsh, said: "Our ground-breaking development will create a positive and lasting legacy in Moston - creating new high quality facilities for the area for generations to come."
