Plans for a new £16.5million, 10,000-seater stadium in Cornwall have been revealed for the first time.
Developers hope to build the new venue on land at Langarth Farm in Truro and a planning application has been submitted to Cornwall Council, who have already granted outline planning permission for the scheme in January.
Peter Marks, Chairman of the Stadium 4 Cornwall Group, said: “The S4C Group are delighted with the detailed design images for the stadium for Cornwall and still firmly believe the stadium will become a reality.
“Cornwall desperately needs a community sporting facility that will provide a range of first class experiences for the people of Cornwall and will also help raise the profile of Cornwall on the national stage. We believe this facility will enable this to happen.
“We appreciate some funding is still required to deliver the stadium and we hope that this will be resolved in the near future."
