Irish rugby union team Connacht will increase their capacity of their Sportsground stadium ahead of Saturday’s visit of Toulouse in the Heineken Cup.
The Galway side host the French outfit in round four of the European cup competition, with a crowd of close to 9,000 people expected.
Connacht inflicted a first home defeat in the Heineken Cup for five years upon the French club last Sunday, with a surprise 16-14 win at the Stade Ernest-Wallon, increasing the interest in this weekend’s return fixture.
The Irish outfit’s home usually has a limit of 7,500 spectators, but two terraces have been erected behind each set of posts to cope with the demand.
