Guernsey Football Club have announced that it could move into its own stadium after gaining promotion again this campaign.
The club won promotion to the Premier Division of the Combined Counties League in its inaugural season.
Club chairman Steve Dewsnip said that if the side continues to climb the English non-league pyramid, a purpose-built stadium may need to become a reality. He told the BBC: "We want to provide the greatest footballing opportunities for our better players."
The Green Lions currently share their stadium, which also doubles as an athletics track, with the Guernsey rugby team. More than 400 season tickets for the 2012/13 season have already been sold, despite a price increase for seats in the Garenne Stand at Footes Lane.
