MANSFIELD TOWN LOOK FOR TEMPORARY HOME

Mansfield Town Football Club is discussing the possibility of ground sharing with neighbouring clubs Alfreton Town and Notts County after being locked out of their Field Mill home on Thursday by landlord Keith Haslam.

The Stags were ejected following a rent dispute and Town owner John Radford says the club will not be held to ransom over Field Mill.

A club spokesman said: "They seem to be keen to help us out if possible. We have had a positive discussion and talks are at a more advanced stage than Notts County, whom we have also made contact with."

Mansfield Town hope to resolve the dispute before the next home game, against Grimsby on Boxing Day.
